Exhaust header studs x3 for lower header section
How do you remove these? do you hammer them up to remove then literally bang the new ones in downwards? My car sounds like its open

yup, when i took off my DC to install the JDM one i was missing one of those.

Unsrew which way if you are looking at the threaded side?

The threads broke on 2 of mine when i 'broke' the nuts off to remove the lower section
