Default Exhaust header studs x3 for lower header section

How do you remove these? do you hammer them up to remove then literally bang the new ones in downwards? My car sounds like its open piped!

are you talking about the section where the top header section connects to the A-pipe? because you just unscrew them...

If you're having a hard time unscrewing them just spray some WD-40 or Liquid Wrench on them and let it soak in.

unscrew it the same way you would unscrew the nut.

my nut was stuck to my stud and it took the stud out

yeah I've been there before man (broke stud when trying to take off the nut). You gotta use a bolt extractor to get them out.
