Default Fluttering Sound

Okay gentelmen, I have developed a flutterng sound (similar to a baseball card on the spokes of a bicycle tire) in the lower rpms (up to 2k). Anybody have any idea what this is?? I have tried listening for it outside the car and can't even hear it. Tough to diagnose when you can't really hear it or see anything wrong. I'm thinking it may be a tiny exhaust leak, but I don't see one. It sounds like the whole motor is pulsing a tiny bit, but I don't feel any power loss/surges. It does'nt seem to do it when I rev it at idle, but it's hard to rev it constant at such a low RPM and hear anything. Thanks guys!

EDIT: I AM turbo, so at first I thought this may be my turbine breaking up my intake flow, but have never noticed it before now.

.....interesting. Have you tried playing with the throttle body with the hood popped to get a better idea of where the sound may be coming from?

T-belt flapping? Common problem on h22 engines with auto tensioner. Don't know what you are running for a stove? Could still be belt flap on all honda motors w/wo auto tensioner due to stretch. It's the only idea I have with discription.

I figured it out. It only did it while I was moving and while I was backing my car out of the driveway this morning I figured it out. I'm almost 100% sure it's clutch chatter. My clutch still holds as well as it used to, but now with the clutch out I can hear it chattering bad. With the clutch pedal in it stops. Gotta be in the tranny. I have managed to aquire a z6 tranny though. Spade, check that out if you get a second.

Yeah, pilot bearing. Get a new one when you swap out the tranny.

Will do. Aside from a new clutch/resurfaced stock flywheel and that pilot bearing, what else would you suggest replacing while I've got it open? My new clutch should come with a new TO bearing correct?

P.S. Look at this

Yeah yeah...I'm getting broke now.

As you know I run a Greddy kit at 8psi. Any suggestion as to what clutch/flywheel setup I should snag? I really really don't want an unsprung hub or even a pucked clutch if there is a decent clutch that can hold upwards of 200ft/lbs (plans to up the boost in the near future) that isn't a pucked clutch.
