lol, sorry but not luck for those items. You just have to use spade connectors to harness plugs. It work great for me and everyone else who does the conversion. As for the foglight plug, try just shoving the wire into the little pin. Thats what I did.

They use a different harness for the US fog switches.
For the fog's power I just used the headlight wires and power since I'm using my HID's which get their own power. The downside was that I currently have to have the headlights on to use the foglights since they use the stock headlight power. Still not bad though and they will never blow a fuse because the fogs are lower power then the stock headlight power.

USDM is on the center console and the JDM is where the Cruise control should be.

I have the harness that runs under the radiator that the fogs plug into, that the itr does not have normally. it lpugs into a brown connector near the drivers side headlight, which leads inside the car to a wire of forgotten hue. maybe i didn't understand your question.

Not all of us , I found a plug off of an Integra wiring harness that fits the JDM Headlights connector Just had to pull the pins and rewire a bit (I'm picky)
As far as the Fog Lamp Switch it uses the same plug as a Cruise control switch and the same as about 2 or 3 other plugs in the car. Go to a salvage yard
