Default Primary O2 Sensor Heater- Circuit Malfunction

Ok so i pulled up ecu code 41 which is supposely the primary O2 sensor heater. Is this right? where is it located? what does it do? its not the o2 sensor o the exhaust is it? check sig for car type. thanks for all your help!

Yes, it is the 02 sensor in the exhaust. It is located on your exhaust below your oil filter.

Yes it is the o2 sensor in your header.

Did you reuse your o2 sensor or was there one in that downpipe you bought that you used?

Sounds like o2 is gone, or if you installed a header, installed it wrong.

Otherwise it's a wire prob.

I pulled a 41 and 43 and after fixing the an oil leak (gasket to oil sending unit) that was spilling onto the O2 sensor, I replaced the unit. Clear now. I think you can find replacements for under 100... good luck.

I got a spare 4 wire in my garage if you end up needing a new one.

Lift the car up and check everything out first before you go buyin stuff.

check a white wire going to the sensor
