if you know bis ask him . he knows more than 99% of the people on this board. also do you plan on running a/c or p/s because the bismo header will not alow either . if you plan on buying dtr you might as well go headertech and save some $$$. my 2cents.

Or you can just buy the DTR header and be happy knowing you will be getting a quality header. Oh man Bisi is going to give me hell for this one haha sorry buddy.. We all know Bisi's engineered products are top notch too. Either way I know you will be happy.

your setup looks similar to the one used for the titan motorsports header test .look at it and see where your money is best spent.

personally dannys headers look awesome. hes a great guy but im goin to go with the bisimoto header myself just for the superfunctional ground clearance. im trying to get my car as low as possible without trippin those damn beams at 3in. plus its less expensive.

Greetings all,
There are many suitable header units out there. However, I take much pride in my research and my ability to bring great technology at excellent prices to you: the enthusiast.

My engineering background has equipped me with the skills to problem solve, analyze, and improve on any design or process that I have exposure to. I have proven it with my own race car, where my research has allowed me to be very competitive (with multiple records) in a class where money yields success (even Derek can attest to my frugal nature; I hate to spend money.)

Bottom line is that there have been many independent tests performed by many of my customers. I have even yielded results in the most challanging engines to make power from: the D series powerplant.

My headers are a culmination of all of my header designs after over a decade of racing. It is virtually impossible for me to have a header test for every engine combination out there, but rest assured, you will be VERY pleased with the results: from the ideal merge collector angles, to the stepped primaries, to the perfected collector venturi!

...and yes, due to my travels, my website is the best way to make contact with me.

I just got my DTR header installed on my 1.8 and I must say that it works awesome. You won't be disappointed with it, give Danny a call he'll hook you up.

The 304SS DTR header is 1075$ and I think the mild steel is 875$.

Why are these custom made headers so expensive?

Beacause of the man hours to make them and the parts that are used. They aren't made by machines one after another, they are hand made and that takes time...

The merge collector alone is quite an expensive piece. Add on a high quality cnc'd flange, stainless steel piping, and custom TIG welding there there you have it... Not to mention the time and money that has been put into developing these headers. It costs money to go fast but when you are dealing with all motor every hp counts. We just can't turn up the boost Oh yeah and Bisi hates spending money on his car! I think that is why he percisely engineers his parts first. Trial and error costs too damn much haha.

I'd go with DTR header Hell I would also go with a Bisimoto header to reverse engineer his products and find out what the hell he does hahaha. But you want to go witht he DTR so you can keep your A/C! Contrary to Bisi's belief, real men keep thier A/C. Just ask the ladies If a girl sweats while sitting in your car, it doesn't count as getting her WET haha My suggesting is keep your A/C and build a stronger motor
