Please Help...
Today when I was at work I washed my engine. Then when I started it I noticed the car was idling pretty rough, the needle kept going up and down and in some cases the car would stall. Then the check engine light came. So I asked the mechanic if he could take a look at it( I work at acura) so he puts it up to this machine and he sayes that cylinders 1&2 are mis-firing.
He took my spark plug cover off and all the cylinders where full of water, so he took a air gun and blew all the water out. But the check engine light is still on and it still idles rough. He couldn't have time to fix it because we where closed. What Does anyone know what could be the problem..
It's a 2000 Prelude 5spd with just a AEM cold Air, sparko wires and N1 exhaust.

You didn't clean out all the water. I'd leave the plug wires off overnight (that is if it's nice outside) and let it completely dry out. Also, make sure the rotor cap is dry.
Start there and let us know what happens.
