Default obd1 motor obd2 harness

i did a serach but i can only find the opposite.
i have a 94 gsr motor, a 98 gsr body and a 2000 itr wiring harness if i change the plugs on the distributor and i have obd 2 injectors will this all work???

98 GSR's are compatible with all 96-01/OBD2 integra engine harnesses.

Yes, if you swap over an OBD2 B-series distributor, injectors, and alternator onto your 94 GSR engine it will be compatible with your 01 GSR engine harness. Although, there could be a problem if you plan to use any US OBD2 DOHC VTEC ecu on this setup since there's no OBD2 CKP sensor on a 94 GSR engine. If you're going with an OBD1 ecu or JDM OBD2 ecu, you'll be ok.
