I am looking at some pics at work while I work and it seems like more and more people are posting pics with the middle finger. What gives? Is it soooo cool to take a pic with the middle finger I mean come on. I personally think it is offensive. I enjoy looking at the installs and how to do pic threads but low and behold, here comes the middle finger pic. I guess that really shows the level of maturity of many of our honda-tech members. I had to say it because it is really getting old. I know that I am going to get some comments about this one and to all of you who are about to bash me...I Bless you in the Name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Funny how people have to search to try and bash someone taking a stand against offensive things by turning the love of an uncle for his nephew into something to take away from the point of the topic. Jesus loves you still and wants to bless you.

I'm all for religion if that suits you, but holy crap, I HATE it when people push it on me or try to show they are somehow superior to me, a skeptic, or someone who just doesn't believe or care.

Chris - who has taken many relgion classes that discussed most major religions of the world - and after all that study, I'm so sickened by all the hypocrisy that I dont think I will ever be able to associate myself by joining and being an active member with such people. (I just have my own faith and don't try to one-up anyone)

Hes got a point....i mean it there does seem to be a lot of pix with middlefingers. I think more people should start eating their fingers like the Op-dogg .

yes and no. It's good to know about God and religion and be supportive on it, but yes, pushing it on someone is not right and using God's name to avoid being flamed it not Christianlike either. On a side note, here's a picture of one of my tats.

Chris N...all I can tell you is that no one is perfect and it is only by Grace that we are saved. I am not perfect and by no means am I better then anyone else. I am special in Gods eyes because I love his son and have made him my Lord and Savior. Oh taste and see that the Lord is good. My question to you, have you ever tested God. You would be suprised at how much he wants to bless you if you just let him into your heart. Funny how poeple get upset when someone mentions Jesus but the middle finger is something to smile upon and enjoy. Would this really be the case if this country had never gotten away from its roots that it was found on...."One Nation Under God"

It's good to know about sure, better to be educated in what you are practicing/believing in.

I dont necessarily think hes trying to jam it down our throats...but i think this was a bad attempt to witness to us about Christ.

People get angry because its a joke (the middlefinger), its not necessary, no one cares or finds it offensive.... and no one likes to get religion pushed on them.

My beliefs are my beliefs and I don't try to convince anyone else that they are are better or worse than anyone else.

Don't you think its a bit presumptuous to think that you aren't offending others on this site who may not be Christian?

Edit: I'm happy for you and your beliefs. I just dont believe they have any place here. I also happen to think they have no place in our government, but they seem to creep in all the time. It think its horribly unfair.
