I know its out of a non-vtec teg, but is it obd1? did a little searching, couldn't find a good list.

A02 refers to the revision of the ecu
P75 : 96-00 OBD-2 Integra LS/GS
the P74/75 is the OBD1 LS/GS Integra Ecu.

the way i read that is a p75 can be obd 1 or 2...but the pics will answer his question

That is what I kind of thought. I posted a link so the pics could help further identify the ecu with zero questions.

i emailed the guy, he said it was a 95, which should be obdII but then he said that it wouldn't work in his civic (maybe cause its non-vtec?)

95 should be obd 1...ask for a pic of the plugs

obd1 p75 ecu, just like many other honda ECMs will have only 3 plugs.
obd2 p75 ecu will have 3 plugs + an empty slot in #2 position.
