Can I keep my wiring harness and PM6 ecu?

I have a 91 Si. I just bought a D16Y8 block to go with my D16y8 p&p head I had. My question is can I keep my ECU and use my wiring harness for that engine?

Yup, just need to keep your old dizzy, injectors.

And some type vtec controller to work the vtec.
