I posted this in the Integra forum, but thought I might get more response here...

I've heard this metallic scraping noise from the front driver's side suspension when the suspension compresses and rebounds. I did some exploration tonight and took these pictures... do any of you suspension guru's know what might solve my problem?





from the picture you can see i've got Koni Yellows, eibach sportline springs, and an ingall's poly camber kit. My guess is the bushings are the culprit, since they are now 11 yrs old. But i saw this too and I have no idea how this got mangled:
