If anyone who have done this, what parts do you need in order to make to put the swaybar on? Is it possible to put a GSR front swaybar on an EK?

yes
i've done it twice its real easy...on my ex there was even 2 indents where the swaybar holes needed to go...
edit...the only thing you need to modify (at least on a ex) is the elbow for the air box had this hard plastic side tube that i had to remove and plug ...not sure about dx...

DX you need new lower control arms like off an ex,lx. Because they came with front sway bar.
DX lca's don't have the mounting point for the sway bar, but there are aftermarket kits that bolt up to dx lca's.
I only had an issue with my shift linkage touching the sway bar.

The integra lca's bolted up to your civic?
P.S.
The sway bar rocks, tried it out last night the car feels way better.
Can't wait to get larger set up off type R.
