4 lug ctr wheels

Need some help before I buy these wheels, does the 4 lug ctr wheels fit on usdm 4 lug civics?

Don't believe they made 4 lug CTR wheels...I know they made 4 lug ITR wheels, and they will NOT fit USDM Civics because of the bolt pattern. They WILL however fit USDM accords and preludes...

USDM Civic : 4x100
4 lug ITR, USDM 92-96 prelude, USDM accord : 4x114.3
