Search before you post......but here is a quick answer:
Make sure and cover your intake filter, dizzy, and spark plugs with something.
Next buy some simple green and add a lot of time and patience...the result a clean engine bay. Just don't go hosing down the whole damn engine, be smart as to what you clean. And make sure the engine is cold.
