How to remove OEM side skirts?

Hey,

I just got the OEM side skirts from the 98+ body kit. How do I remove the stock side skirts to install these babies?

Are there any "hidden" screws ... or is it just straight foward?

The dealer can print the directions out for you, but:
Screws in both wheel wells need removed, then slide sills forward a bit, before sliding out from car. Not obvious until you've done it...
