i just swaped my crx si with a b16a. heres the prob when i plug in the hasport subharness the car won't start. but if i take the ground off the vtec preasure switch the car will start, but it throws a code 22 which is the vtec preasure switch. can anyone tell why it is doing this? i used the stock crx si motor harness and doubled checked the pins in the ecu. thanks

 

maybe u have them wired backwords, the vtec switch and the ground backward?
The ground in the harness is supose to goto the chassis also (idk if u hooked up the ground to the vtec ground)

 

does it attempt to crank or turn over? or is it just dead when you turn the key?

When you put the VTEC wire in the A plug on the ECU, did you have an open hole or was there a wire already in it?
