hey guys im taking out my spark plugs...and one of them is missing a head and has a lot of oil in there....what does this mean....thanks...lol i know it means change it...but does the excessive oil in there indicate anything really bad?...THANKS!!!

 

you have to change the spark plug tube seals located on the back side of the valve cover. You can get them at any parts store.
