Autopower Street Cage in 99 ex

i have heard that if u have a sunroof in ur 99-00 Civic, the Autopower street cage will not fit????........someone help me out on this one.....lookin to put the street cage in my car for some show looks and maybe to do some auto-x when the weather gets nicer.........
