What exactly do I have here???? TRANNY EXPERTS !
From a damaged JDM ITR tranny. Was dropped off a forklift. Diff is gone
There are a couple chips off the gear set on the left side.
Can you guys tell me exactly what I have and what I'm missing becides the diff?

Looks like you've got both the main and counter shafts, all 3 shift forks (but the 5th/R fork [tallest one] looks like it's shot), reverse idler gear, input shaft bearing (still attached to the main shaft) and a piece of the shift selector mechanism. Assuming these pieces are ok, you would need the diff carrier, ring gear, the rest of the shift selector, the reverse gear holder, a new 5th/rev shift fork, and of course a new case and probably bearings, shims, oil guides, bolts and ...
If you use this stuff, make sure you carefully inspect everything for damage. Transmission parts are expensive, and you don't want to build one up just to have it fail on you and take out all your new expensive bearings etc. in the process.
If it were mine, and both shafts & gearsets were in good shape, I would concentrate first on getting the diff and ring gear. You'll need to find out whether it was the 4.7 or 4.4 final drive (I think they came with both depending on year...). Next, I would get an LS box to swap it all into. The only other parts you would need from that mess would be the 3-4 shift fork and the reverse idler gear (if the spacer is missing, you will need another one); all the other pieces will probably be the same as the LS ones.
Hope that helped a bit.

If you need some spare parts...
If you are tryimg to build up from that one is pointless, you'll end up spending lots of money that you could just buy another one.
