HELP! Cluster, Climate Control, Tach lights not working!!

Last night I was in my car cleaning my seats and I (for fun) switched on my interior lights...They worked the first time, then I dimmed them etc. After I turned them off they wouldn't go back on again, I tried everything, dimmer, tach switcher, etc. Any help?

Umm. check your fuses?
