Default Getting head built?

I am going to send my motor to camp1320.com to get built and he gave me the option of rev hard or super tech spring,retainers and valves. my question is which one should i use?

What are the specs of each? What camshaft you plan on running? What lift? Going N/A or Turbo?

I am going to run the GSR cams. And i am going Supercharged (vortech). I do not really know the specs but hey says that the supertech is like skunk2

my choice would be rev valves a lot of pro racers use there product
