I'd like to see which you people prefer with a cable tranny, if it matters b series mainly.
If my tranny doesn't grind should I still go with the Honda MTF?

and what's the specific kind of the GM syncromesh again?

Put 'Silktran 5' by Silkolene on the list and I'll vote. Same type of stuff just made for the motorsport industry with excellant properties

yeh, but not all of it yet. i just finished a calc project that took up twenty hours of my lifetime today and last night...we accidentlly read the due date wrong

 

I perfer Redline MTL honda mtf is my second choice.

I only use Honda MTF... Used to use 10W30-40 but it just never seemed to work as well with the synchros (friction additives perhaps? )

 

ah that link posted up well i finally got to read it in full.

I think the wear on the syncros isn't going to be that much quicker than say the thinner honda mtf
