I've searched and seen that the most common things are Main relay or bad ECM. Is there anything else that may cause this? I know my wiring is spot on, so that's not even an issue. I've checked the ECM and I don't think that is the issue either, and the Main seems to be funcional- when put into another car. Anyone have any thoughts?

car- 98 LS with GSR harness, OBDI motor, no SRS installed

could taking out the srs cause the issue? I noticed that the srs and fuel pump were on the same fuse.

 

Pulling the srs shouldn't involve it. i didn't think the the srs and fuel are on the same fuse. I thought the srs fuse had a yellow rubber on it and the fuel was right beside it. (might be wrong) My guess would be the main relay though.

 

I'm going to get a new Main, just found out that one of my moron friend's doesn't know how to hook up a battery charger and put the neg on pos. to charge... which could have blown the main

 

is the OBDI main the same as the OBDII?

 

Main relay has been elminated- anything else?

Did you find out what those other plugs were for? Do they both have to have relays on them?

 

I don't know... I can always take a relay out of the vic, but I bought a new main relay today... I'm going to get another ECM and see if that is the issue... I hope she starts tonight, I can't take much more of this ****!
