Default Magnaflow cat-back...yes or no?

I have searched this and it has told me many things that i needed to know but i am still a little iffy on the whole situation so if you guys could help me out that would be great...i have just a muffler right now (i know it's gay as all hell) and i want a nice cat back but i am on a limited budget...the magnaflow is the look that i want but i am really worried that it will be just as loud as my current "set up". There is far too much noise inside the car on long trips when i am just cruisin at 75mph. I know it says that it states above isn't bad on trips but how bad isn't bad because i get horible headaches from mine and i definatly do not want any more...oh ya and i got pulled over for the peice of **** so i was curious if anybody knows if it will pass emissions? thanks everybody and sorry i typed so much crap.....i'm just worried i will have the same problem with this cat-back.
.... to all who answer

i would stay away from magna flow. Or you could be like all the jeeps and trucks that have magna exhausts... j/k, but i would save up and get something that looks nice and performs well. Dont just go out and buy something. I just got an Apexi N1 Catback and love it to death, and yes, it passes emissions. It sounds good as hell, and isnt overly loud.

I got a magnaflow, never got pulled over by cops, no one even notices I have an exhaust, thats how quiet it is
But as for crusing at highspeeds, any exhaust can get to you, it's just your personal peference. My magnaflow didn't bother me at first but now all I want is a oem itr muffler
Great catback for the price.
