I have been doing my reseach on here, overboost and turbo magazine but I haven't found anyone who has actually done it themself. It looks easy enough, but I understand those are trained skilled hands in those pictures. Any personal experience would be helpful. Thanks,

 

its not that difficult to do. The main thing is to tap each individual runner. After that its easy.

 

Damn that was quick, you stalking me? Is this something you have done? I am worried that once I start tapping I will go too far, is this a legitimate concern, the article in turbo said it could cause big problems. Is it as easy as drilling a hole, tapping it and screwing in a jet, or is it more precise? I am not sure I am wording this correctly...by precise I mean certain torque specs and angles for the jets etc. IS it worth it to buy an spare manifold and send it to NOS and let them handle it? what kinda integra do u have? the gsr has a cheater plate system out for it

hands down the best kit for the gsr. 13's for sure with the 75 shot

 

It's not THAT hard really. But, the safer and more labor intensive way would be to take the whole intake manifold off. Then, only after that would you drill and tap the runners.

If you don't think you'll be able to do that, then just get a shop that has a good rep for installing nitrous kits do it for you. Most Domestic shops usually do a good job.

 

I have an LS, or else I would. I heard NOS was developing a kit, so maybe they will have it ready by the time I order. Wishful thinking, I know.
