so who makes a A/C combatiable D series mani??
i've looked and search and i couldn't find much.. do the log manifolds work with A/C on a 4th gen CRX.. with a DOHC ZC?.. i'm currently using a std, with a plate, and i know the compressor is sitting right where the a/c compressor would be.. I'm in San Antonio 95 degrees, with 99% humidty, i'm gonna need my A/C back soon.. so who all makes one that will work.. with a DSM turbo, and fit a d series head?? second.. who has a turbo'd D, with A/C right now?

i've got a turbo d sohc on my '00 coupe using a std manifold and plate. just had to make my plate so that it would rotate and clear the a/c. don't know if you can do that on your crx or not, but try it.

hrmm, i like ur idea, i hadn't thought of that, which turbo are u using and how much rotation did u put?.. also which side is on the driver side of the car (compressor, or exhaust side).. if its gonna be to hard, then f*** it, i'll go with project dc2's manifold.. its looking good...

my SFP cleared a/c on my 00 ex with a d16 but that's a different setup. The guys at SFP are a bunch of a-holes though, worst customer service EVER! (owner hung up on me twice after i called due to their shipping my order out 3 weeks late)
hrmm of me being a banner sponsor no im not, i do this on weekends, as do CRPturbo.com and renoracing and other folks on here. im a college student whos doin this as a side job hobby and it helps pay my bills. when i become a big business who is as big as lovefab or fullrace i will more than likeley consider being a sponsor but as i've probably raelistically sold and setn otu maybe 3 manifodls and mainly catered to people in my area im not exactly making big bucks .
but i understand your concern and sorry to say im not a sponsor nor will i be unless i make more than a hundred bucks a week doin this.
ps. i eat ****** cup o noodle for god sake. !! i got proof in the pic !

phil dude you are hella funny. And I can vouch for the guy he only does this stuff on the weekends but he is pretty good at it. And phil the Revhard or the Full race manifolds I think clear the ac bracket. Try using one of there manifolds as a guidline for the one you are trying to make. I tryed to look and Can't find anymore than those 2 companies. I could just be lookin in wrong place. oh well. PEACE OUT.

i'm using a td04L from a wrx. rotated it about 35*-40*. compressor on driverside with intake just clearing the a/c compressor. i would have done it the otherway, but the way the intake on the hot side was on this turbo put it so far against the block no amount of grinding would have allowed me to mount it that way. it would have been way easier making a more free flowing intake, but it works just fine. click on the page in my sig for pics that might help.

If you can afford it, and dont mind going to a half radiator(or sliding your stock radiator pretty far forward), this manifold is the best performing D series AC manifold on the market today...period.
