Recommendation for transmission fluid for an ITR needed

What is the recommended transmission fluid for a Type-R?

Searched the archives but haven't found anything.

This is a wild guess but I think Honda Manual Transmission Fluid is what you need.

MTF at your local Honda or Acura dealer you cant go wrong

yep, but if you search there was a HuGE thread about GM syncro mesh and some other types of MTF it was posted in the eg civic forum im pretty sure. hummm lets see if i can find it
