Is the oil filter for a 94 Civic the same size as one for a 99 Accord EX? I have to change someone else's oil tomorrow and I need to know if I can just use one of the extra filters I have laying around for my car. I'm pretty sure they're the same.

 

yes it will fit. All honda filters are the same size except for a couple odd ones like the nsx and the legend.
