Uh what are you looking for? if you want the stock block to last i wouldn't push it much over 300whp. You could add ARP's and a thicker headgasket but i wouldn't waste the money if you have a block your building.

so I will be able to go that high even though my motor has around 72k miles on it and not really have to worry about it? I just wasn't expecting that high of a number and thought you might have been joking around, thats all.

yes if the tuning is good, i have no clue how many miles are on my block and i made over 300whp rather easily.

14-15 pounds on a stock block?!?!

I wouldn't the high mileage not allow that?

Since you are only running it until you get your other block I would only run around 7psi just to have a little fun and break your new stuff in a lil... I wouldnt push too hard... I blew the rings on my D series motor runnig just 6psi, but I didnt retard the timing (stupid me)... Just take it easy...
