Problems with SOHC motor: Car runs.. but not hardly.
Motor: d16z6 Bottom end. D16y5 Top end.
Timing belt and everything is on. Dizzy runs the car.
Problem: When I get ready to get on the gas.. the car moves and I Have to rev it higher.. then after letting off it dies.
No smoking occurs at all which surprises me. But it's hard to crank, hard to get moving.
It's hard to really explain and I know there needs to be more info...
WE've checked the timing belt and cam gear.
Checked the throttle body ( which I dont think matters at all )
The car is throwing a code 14 21 and 41. I'll check those now.
