Default What oem head units fit into an eg hatch?

I am looking for an OEM cd player for my hatch. Which units are plug and play with the car's existing harness. Also any opinions as to which units are better than others would be appreciated too.

99 civic head unit doesn't plug and play you'll need a 99-00 harness.

Yeah supposivly if you change out your radio in a 2K it voids your warranty because the wiring in the stock alarm is in that or something, but anything from 88-98 will work but the 96-98 may no fit in right cuz the side has a lil slant on the left side. If im not mistaken. hope it helps

96+ civics will not plug in, nor will 98+ accord. obviously oem double din radios will not fit in regular spot. i had a stock 96 accord deck in my car for while
