Default CEL

my accord has a CEL which the mechanic said was some sensor thing and he rested it, it turned back on, so how do i reset the CEL or diable it

what year car? If its pre OBDI then it resets itslef after you shut the car off unless the problem persissts and it will turnon til fixed. If its after 96 then the dealer has to clear it.

Depends entirely on what code is present. The only way to actually "disable" it is to fix the problem. "Sensor thing" is a little too vague of a description if you are seeking help. We would need to knw what code and maybe can help you from there.
