good strut bar: cardboard tube wrapped in aluminum foil
don't need lower tie bars
find a good sway bar. the progress adjustable is nice, though installing it was a pain in the ***.

We have 2 favorites-Neuspeed and ADDCO. Both have online catalogs and the ADDCO bars are available from Summit or direct from the factory. Cannot be sure if either has your specific car. Yes, Progress does have a nice bar and ST has them as well. I used ST bars on our Civic HB and it was sold that way-cornered very well. Our Prelude rides on the 25mm Neuspeed bar and rotates crisply. The CRX has the ADDCO bar in the rear and it is a huge improvement over stock. Start with the rear one because you may find yourself deciding that for autocross and track later on you want less front bar than you have now.
The only other bars that I think are useful are strut tower bars front and rear. Some will disagree, but I believe Carrol Shelby and what he did to the GT-350 as I had one. The bar does make the front stiffer than stock. Lower tie bars are basically useless from a performance standpoint and certain brands are not worth the price even if they do anything. The only one that seems to have any value is the Comptech rear one that also mounts the sway bar.
This is my view. Hope it helps.
