Default wheel locks

hey guys i was searching for a set of wheel locks and looked up a set of "cone seat-open end" wheel locks. they look pretty unique and i wanted to get a set but does anyone know how they work? for me the pictures only complicate everything. are these even wheel locks? please comment on this topic as i am not too familiar with wheel locks. there are some pics:

what do you mean, how they work? you put the key on the open end of the lug, zip zip it on, remove the key...

the grooves on the outside of the lug itself is for looks. the grooves on the key, is for a good and different fitment from other keys.

id go with any lock that has an insurance.

some will cover you up to like 2000
