Default V-AFC vs Greddy Blue Box?

Right now I am on a tight budget, I have a 94 Hatch, bone god damn stock. I have my motor from my previous car, built D16 mini me turbo. I still need an intercooler, mounts, and some type of fuel. I can get DSM 450's with a V-AFC, or simply a GReddy Blue box for a B-series ( reason I want this, it is for 310CC's, I have RC310's). What are the limitations of the Blue Box? I know the AFC is more tuneable, but I seen that old dude ran 12.3@115 with a SOHC with Blue Box, INSPIRATION!!!! I just looking to ut down 220-240WHP @ 10-12PSI, Greddy Blue box capable of this, since I am not runnig GReddy kit no more? I am using a t3/t4 basically from a Drag kit and open 3" downpipe. If I opt for AFC/450's, will I be better off? Man, I am confused, thanks for any input...
