Default lower bolt 90 ex

ok my problem is that my right front side tire gets all fucked up in the iner side. now it's only the right side tire. when go in the highway my car feels funny. like i can't control it well. don't get me wrong it goes ok but to me feels like sometimes i have to force it to go staight. now i took it to a shop and the guy just lifted the car up and put a crow bar at the lower arm and i pushed the wheel up. he showed me this bolt under the brake disk that moved up and down everytime he pushed the craw bar up. he told me that it was the LOWER JOINT BOLT. i don't trust mecanics a lot so i am asking u guys. does that bolt has to move like that or something wrong with it???
is that bolt's foult that my right side tire gets all fucked up in the iner side,,,, and that i have to force the car sometimes to go straight(only in high speed)?????????

MAN!! I got a headache trying to decipher your post! Do you have huge fingers or something? I guess if you cant find the right key then push them all.
Anyways, getting to your post I believe that it is not supposed to move. Also be careful of taking it to any mechanic because even if its at the Honda dealer they will still screw you, of course that is if you don't know whats going on.
