I have the hasport subharness with a good SI harness on my b16 in my 90SI and my computer is throwing a check code of 15 which is telling me its the IAC but the fuel is not shutting off it just keeps running, any people with knowledge about this please help i will be trying to figure this out myself.

 

What do you mean by "the fuel is not shutting off"?

 

When i try to turn the car off after trying to start i can hear the fuel still running, its not shutting off while the key is just on the on position. Thats pretty confusing but my friend says my fuel isnt shutting off and hes actually has a b16 he swapped in his crx and an H22 in his EK and he wired up the subharness right and everything.

 

Actually i checked hybrid honda and i read it wrong, code 15 is saying it is a Ignition Output Signal, what might be the problem?

 

I would check the main relay since that controls the fuel pump. Perhaps it is stuck or something.
