Default ZC cam in D16Y7?

Will there be any performance gains if i swap a zc camshaft out of a JDM spec Integra which comes with the 1.6 sohc zc engine non-vtec which puts out 125 ps stock?

why would you put a non-vtec cam into a vtec y8? Your camshaft needs to have vtec lobes.
