Default Weight of rear interior

Does anyone know how much the REAR interior weights in a 1991 CRX SI? Also is anyone know how much the stock sound damping material weights? No need to know stock front seats cause thos have been replaced. Thanks

The sound deating under the spare tire there is heavy, mine was saturated and probably weighted a good 15-20 lbs. I also gutted out the other sound deating.

Rear interior... Probaly 20lbs.

So the rear interior is the rear plastics( sides, top bottem, seat thing, and rear tail light cover plastic?)

unless you are making a 10 second or faster car dont strip it.
Replace seats with light weight seats
Remove sound deadning
Remove AC and heat
It will still look nice and you will have lost all the noticable inside weight.
Their are alot of other ways to drop weight besides stripping the inside.

i feel the same on this topic

If it is a daily driver then you should keep the interior-but if it is some sort of project/street car then do it if you want to

Yeah man i never told him to strip it, its his car its up to him

IMO its super ugly having a car gutted, i gutted my car when i cleaned it because im a clean freak and like it looking nice.

I wish i lived down south where i could gut my heating stuff.
