Default Leaking oil at the header and out the top of the head (B16a)

Headgasket fucked? It's seeping out where the header meets the block, and at the top where the valve cover is bolted down. I just had it replaced in October had the head milled because it was slightly warped.

I've also got a 3000rpm idle, and a mysterious bogging problem that seems to happen when the car is idling for a few minutes. I tried adjusting the throttle cable, but it's already loose as is. The Throttle cable, water pump, timing belt were all replaced at the same time the headgasket was. Unfortunately, I had the work done at a local autobody shop a friend works at. I thought it was a bad idea, but the price was right compared to the dealer.

Too much money invested so far in this ******* engine, I don't want to take it to Honda to get fucked even more. Oh, and some black soot shoots out the tailpipe when I rev it, not alot but it's there nonetheless.

I'm thinking of swapping this ****** out for a Z6 or something...

Bump cause I have the same issue and I replaced my valvecover gasket and I used Hondabond on it.... BTW I think that it could be the cam cap on the exh. cam that could be causing it, not sure yet tho.

sounds like you have a vacuum leak somewhere. look into your pcv valve too. if it is plugged up it could be causing high oil pressure which will make oil come out of your valve cover gasket. do a compression check and if it turns out bad then swap it out. no point in swapping a perfectly good engine though.
