as far as your turbo goes this might help...

83-84 GT Turbo .60 & .63 A/R
83-84 Capri RS Turbo .60 & .63 A/R
84-86 XR7 Coug .60 & .63 A/R
84-85 SVO .60 & .63 A/R
85.5-86 Svo .60 & .48 A/R
83-86 TC .60 & .63 A/R
87-88 TC IHI Turbo
Early 85 XR4TI .60 & .63 A/R
85.5-89 XR4TI .60 & .48 A/R

the easiest way to tell what size it is is to see if the compressor housing is the same size as the exhaust housing...it should be pretty obvoius. there also is a stand by where the exhaust will bolt the the manifold, it will either say .63a/r or .48 a/r.

you can see in this picture the exhaust housing is smaller than the compressor housing, so it is definately a .60 trim .48 a/r.

hope ive helped out a little bit.

as far as the holes for the oil return and feed... order a kit from flamenco t, and it should be pretty obvoius.

if you pulled the turbo off of the SVO, it is internall wastegated, but you can take it off and run an external off whatever manifold you run, thats what i did.

the circle thing is the internal wg

top right of this next picture...size of a donut or so.

this is the top...there is where the oil send line goes...the oil return is directly underneath the turbo.

are you talking about the oil send line? if so...then yes. as far as the attachment from the compressor to the intercooler piping ( the flange ) i have no idea where to get one...if you find one, let me know so i can get rid of my jenkass jb weld job.

Someone posted recently that they had Ford .60 compressor inlet and outlet.

If you wish to run an internal wastegate, any .50 or .60 T3 actuator will bolt right on... but you may have to oval some bolt holes if you are forced to clock the turbo "just so."

The oil inlet and drain are obvious... small high pressure in and large low pressure out.

The turbine housing will have .48 or .63 stamped into the housing... and I'm pretty sure the turbine housing you got in the 84-86 2.3T cars was determined by the transmission you had. Auto = .48, manual = .63.
