running Hondata, do i need a FPR?
You don't need an aftermarket FPR just because you're running Hondata... Depending on your motor setup one may be useful but it is in no way required... Just may help out when tuning by triming or increasing your fuel press...
Not necessary but you can increase injector flow with them, so when you getting it tuned, if you find that you are maxing out the injectors you can increase fuel pressure some and it should help at least a little.
yeah i think my tuner maxed out the injectors (stock gsr injectors), and its still pinging a bit. i just recently bought rc310 injectors. would i still need a fpr?
It really depends, since you're going to be running 310's and your Hondata has your injectors at 100% D.C. if you just put them in you'd be way too rich... It would probably be a good idea in your case just to buy an adjustable FPR, this gives you the capability to tune fuel pressure on the injectors and the injectors themselves... Still, in no way is it escential, it just makes little adjustments to your tuning easier... Good Luck

But then again, while its not necessary it will make him fail a visual for his smog. He might getaway with the other parts but an FPR will definetly make him fail and for no reason.
no don't think so but i put one on and got mad power gains for the $$$$ Try a B&M command flow w/ the gauge. It was a little over 100.00 and well worth it. You will be able to match your hondata w/ air/fuel curve much better and besides for that you spent some $$ on the hondata whats a little more gonna hurt?
