Default building my motor, advice needed

I'm going to build my motor in a few weeks, and i was wondering, what set up
would be good for what I have right now. 94 supercharged gsr.

-I have a 94 Supercharged GsR with 190k miles,
I'm thinking about building the block and head.
I was wondering what compression is the best to build it for the supercharger?
do i have to sleeved it? I just want to hit mid 12's !
any idea, who makes good pistons, rods, cams? or, any place where i can get this parts for cheap?
-Anybody knows of any good deals right now, to get the block and head build?
I found this one,http://www.hondaraceengines.com/

any advice,
Thank you

You're gonna need to be making some impressive numbers from a full weight GSR to run mid 12's. You should consider the IC that is made for the JRSC. This will dramatically help your performance out (30-40 WHP from what I 'hear'). The only cam setup that has really been proven for this style S/C is the GSR intake cam and ITR/CTR exhaust cam. If you rebuild with OEM parts, something around 10.1:1 or 10.6:1. If you get a good tuning device and use an IC, you can make good number with that compression.

I'm using the Jackson Racing,
why do you guys think is not possible?
I hit 13.5 with out tuning or any fuel management, with the stock 6psi pully.

-Anyone knows of any good shop?
