Default torque specs on head bolts and bearing caps ??? help !

can some one help me...
i need the torque specs for the head bolts and for the bearing caps on an
ls engine

They're the same as any other B series motor, excluding the B18C/1/5 #2, 3, and 4. Mains = 56ft/lbs. first step being 22ft/lbs. I still torque OE head bolts by the year of your motor, 95 and older motors final torque value is 61ft/lbs. where as the '96-2001 motors are 63ft/lbs. It not necessary but I torque them in three incriments, 21, 42, 61 or 63ft/lbs., Honda says 22ft/lbs. and then your final.
