you have to chop the bumper support or remove it completly. some peope just cut the middle of it out and then put the intercooler in that place

Damn, that's huge.

How much power are you making to justify an intercooler that's as tall as... that.

Bah.

Anyway, my 6" is bolted to the bumper support, and it hits the bottom side of the bumper. When I upgrade, I'll have to cut the support.

i totally removed mine , if its a 3g, youll see youll need to even cut the corner caps of the bumper support ,not worth the fight with it .

just remove it....if you ever plan to sell the car or what not what are you going to do? the intercooler will act just like the bumper.

Why did you cut the bumper? The FMIC won't move up anymore?

I'm going to agree with Turboteggy on this one.

Way too much teeth, can't grill people with a whole grill maybe 3/4 but not the whole man.

And Turboteggy, whats up with them bugger welds looks like.............

yeah, the cooler wont go up anymore. and it looked stupid with part of the intercooler hanging below the bumper. Eventually i wanna get a new stock front end with a carbon fiber lip...but for now this is fine with me. I'm totally about function over fashion.
