ok i went to help a buddy tonight and let my car sit and idle. when i got back in the car all my **** was dim, tach didnt work, stereo was off etc.. we i got about a mile before the car just died. Then i started towing it and put it in gear to start, finally got it running and in about 5 min it was back to normal again, running perfect.
maybe battery? altenator? bad ground some where? ecu? god i dont even know where to start
any ideas?

 

If it was running prolly not battery.. sounds like alternator

battery and Alt. test fine. i did have bad connections on the battery which i replaced today and it seems to be ok but the battery light did flicker 1 time after that. But the car just doenst seem to run right kinda seems boggy
