Default mpfi

do i splice the wire i cut on c1 and c2 back to the wire it came from with it was connected to

you shouldn't be cutting wires at C1 and C2 - you should be moving them to B10 and B12 and then installing new wires from C1 and C2 and running them out to the engine bay - if you have already cut C1 and C2, you need to put a pin on each and plug the one that was at C1 into B10 and the one that was at C2 into B12 - connect new wires to what is still left at C1 and C2 and run them out to the engine bay
