OK, I think I remember a little discussion on this, but to review: upper and lower radiator hoses on a1st gen b16a are larger than on the d16 that originally came with the car.

So, the radiator connections are too small for the proper b16a hose, and usu. you will get a leak even if you tighten the clamps pretty hard.

Anybody with suggestions on this? I have tried to cut bicycle inner tubes to put around the nozzles on the radiator but messy and still not that great.

Just an annoying problem of slow (and sometimes NOT so slow) leaks...

 

Just get the 90-91 integra ones and make them fit. Never had any leaks with mine.

 

91 integra ls lower hose
92-93 gsr upper hose trimmed a little.
