I guess I should have looked at the prior posts regarding him before I made my purchase... Long story short-

I purchsed:

4 Koni Yellows
ground control f/r coilovers

for $820

I recieved only 2 konis and no gc's.

I have tried numerous times to contact him over email- he has no listed phone #.
He responded early this week stating that he would call me that day, but 3 days later still nothing. I used paypal to pay. What can I do??? I plan to contct local police as he is local (Tampa) tomorrow if I do not hear anything. Any other options???

I would suggest you contact Mike M and let him know that this guy is back with his games and that he should be banned again. This time for good.

 

It took that rat bastard 6 weeks to get me my AEM he sent it out the day after I began threatening legal action. Hondadriven.net

Charles is also impossible to get in contact with, and when you do he is a douche bag on the phone .

And the scammers lists continues to grow . Sorry that this has happened to you and i hope that all is resolved very quickly. One thing for sure is that if anybody else on here has used him which it sounds like the Op-dog has then you should be good in the end. Just might take 40 yrs . It depends on how long it's been. If it hasn't been over a month:

1) Contact Paypal and dispute the charge
2) A day or two later, call your credit card company and dispute the charge.
