Where to mount MSD external coil?
Anyone who is running a MSD external coil (or any external coil for that matter) where did you mount it at? Also I don't want to cut my factory coil wires (incase the MSD messes up I have a backup coil), is there any way to use them without cutting them?
yeah you don't have to cut them...if you open up your distributor cap and check out the coil you will see that they are screwed in at one point/or clamped you can just undo that...then put a clamp/screw on the coil wires that way you can easily attach and detach when needed...
and i mounted mine right where the stock airbox would be but on the side thats right below the fuse box, tilted in towards the engine...hope that helps.

that's exactly how i mounted my external blaster 2 coils on my accord!
There are already perfectly threaded holes, so use them just look into your bucket of honda bolt/srews and find the right bolt.
